projects, the tender submission will require a computerised works programme and a
detailed schedule of works with itemised bill of quantities. Once contracts and prices are agreed we undertake a complete project management service including frequent progress meetings together with progress photographs and ensure that all works are undertaken in accordance with the contract requirements. We ensure that all licenses and fees are paid on time and that the respective developer duly applies for all legal documentation.

Located15 minutes from the historic city of Murcia, 10 minutes from San Javier (Murcia) Airport and the beautiful Mar Menor with its golden beaches. The area is blessed with some of the best scenery in southern Spain. There are many Golf Courses and places of interest close by, and there are approved plans to build two courses in Valle del Sol itself.

The Murcian Authorities have recently declared the area an approved urbanisation this means that the authorities will ensure that adequate infrastructure in relation to roads, schools, commercial and leisure facilities are provided by the respective developers. Mains water and sewerage along with electricity and telephone facilities are also now a requirement.

The development is easily accessible via the C3319 a modern dual carriageway that runs between the main A37 at San Javier and Murcia.
A major new airport to rival Alicante and Malaga has received government approval, it is anticipated that completion of the airport will be in 2006. The airport will be located in Corvera slightly inland from the Valle del Sol, the residential areas surrounding the airport will be declared a no fly zone this will ensure continued quality of living for residents whilst allowing the area to expand and progress.
The Valle del Sol is situated ideally between the much publicised "Polaris World" golf development and the Mosa Trajectum (Johan Cruyff) golf and sports complex. The Valle del Sol is surrounded by typically Spanish towns such as Roldan, Balsicas, Torre Pacheco and Sucina.

There is a new leisure centre being built near Sucina this will be close to the New Sucina Golf and Country Club which comprises of detached villas and semi detached villas.
