Know what you want? Our team is dedicated to ensuring that you buy a property that suits your requirements. Other agents are dedicated to ensuring that you buy a property! This might sound simple but it is not. You will be bombarded with information, TV programs and so called experts who are all "tying to help" subconsciously you will be thinking about the type of property that will suite your needs based on all this information. However, as most of the information you receive is misguided and at best out of date by years (take a look at the end of the TV programs to see when they were made) your preconception of what you might want will probably result in disappointment. We are here to give you up to date information and prices for properties which actually exist! Or even that they are part of a "Land Grab" issue costing them €1000's MOST OF THESE CASES are where the buyer did not use an agent OR did not use a reputable agent.
We are of course! But to qualify this for you; we have been established selling property in Spain since 2000. Our company is registered with the Spanish Authorities as a Limited company (SL) and duly insured to cover you while in our offices or our vehicles (unlike most other agents) We are members of the National Association of Estate Agents, The Association of International Property Professionals, British Chamber of Commerce (Spain) and we are official agents for all the reputable builders including Golden Partners for Polaris World. We also have offices you can visit! We do not work from a garage or mobile phone from our front room. In fact we have 3 offices in Spain and 2 high street shops in the UK. Our team is made up from a wide and diverse area of expertise. All of us have bought here in Spain and relocated so we have first hand experience of the processes which you face.
No this is not true. Many people like to think they did well when they bought from their builder directly. Many are really proud to have negotiated their first deal in Spain! Unfortunately just as many regret this in the years to come when they try to sell an illegal property or even worse when the bulldozer appears at their front door! However, if you do find a reputable builder and all is well you will often find you could have saved €1000's by getting us to negotiate for you.
